Equip Meeting, Church Meeting, Missional Life

It is my opinion that the maximum healthy life of a disciple will include:

1) Equipping meetings - to receive and be trained.
Ephesians 4:11-12 (ESV)
11 “And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers,
12 to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,”

2) Church Meetings - to edify and be edified by one another-ing.
1 Corinthians 14:26 (ESV)
26 “What then, brothers? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a lesson, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Let all things be done for building up.”

3) Missional Lives - walking out kingdom assignment to the world. 
Ephesians 2:10 (ESV)
10 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
