Notes

Genesis 12:3 (NASB)
3 And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed.”

Deuteronomy 7:3,4,6 (NASB)
3 Furthermore, you shall not intermarry with them: you shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor shall you take their daughters for your sons.
4 For they will turn your sons away from following Me, and they will serve other gods; then the anger of the Lord will be kindled against you and He will quickly destroy you.
6 For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for His personal possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.

Matthew 1:2-11 (NASB)
2 Abraham fathered Isaac, Isaac fathered Jacob, and Jacob fathered Judah and his brothers.
3 Judah fathered Perez and Zerah by Tamar, Perez fathered Hezron, and Hezron fathered Ram.
4 Ram fathered Amminadab, Amminadab fathered Nahshon, and Nahshon fathered Salmon.
5 Salmon fathered Boaz by Rahab, Boaz fathered Obed by Ruth, and Obed fathered Jesse.
6 Jesse fathered David the king. David fathered Solomon by her who had been the wife of Uriah.
7 Solomon fathered Rehoboam, Rehoboam fathered Abijah, and Abijah fathered Asa.
8 Asa fathered Jehoshaphat, Jehoshaphat fathered Joram, and Joram fathered Uzziah.
9 Uzziah fathered Jotham, Jotham fathered Ahaz, and Ahaz fathered Hezekiah.
10 Hezekiah fathered Manasseh, Manasseh fathered Amon, and Amon fathered Josiah.
11 Josiah fathered Jeconiah and his brothers, at the time of the deportation to Babylon.

Psalm 51:1-4 (NASB)
1 Be gracious to me, God, according to Your faithfulness; According to the greatness of Your compassion, wipe out my wrongdoings.
2 Wash me thoroughly from my guilt And cleanse me from my sin.
3 For I know my wrongdoings, And my sin is constantly before me.
4 Against You, You only, I have sinned And done what is evil in Your sight, So that You are justified when You speak And blameless when You judge.

Hosea 2:23 (NASB)
23 I will sow her for Myself in the land. I will also have compassion on her who had not obtained compassion, And I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And they will say, ‘You are my God!’”

Ephesians 2:11-14, 19 (NASB)
11 Therefore remember that previously you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called “Uncircumcision” by the so-called “Circumcision” which is performed in the flesh by human hands—
12 remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded from the people of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of the promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
13 But now in Christ Jesus you who previously were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
14 For He Himself is our peace, who made both groups into one and broke down the barrier of the dividing wall,
19 So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God’s household,
