Matthew 9:29 (NIV)
29 Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”;

“according to your faith, be it onto you is the Master’s word, and he will not fall short of the scale which he himself has selected”

Faith in God - not a force of human willpower

Reciprocal
Man’s waiting in hope, and God’s giving or reciprocally conditioned

Principles, Rules & Conditions
- it is reasonable to expect his favor up to the point of my confidence in him
- demonstrated by action
- if we desire much, we will obtain much
- big expectations will not be disappointed
- if we expect little, we will obtain little
- small expectations will see small tokens of his favor

Psalm 81:10 (NIV)
10 I am the Lord your God, who brought you up out of Egypt. Open wide your mouth and I will fill it.

“for” we trust ….
”even as” we hope

Psalm 33:16-22 (NIV)
16 No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his great strength.
17 A horse is a vain hope for deliverance; despite all its great strength it cannot save.
18 But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love,
19 to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.
20 We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield.
21 In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name.
22 May your unfailing love be with us, Lord, even as we put our hope in you.

“in him, our hearts rejoice, because/for we trust, (lean on, rely on, are confident) in his holy name. May your unfailing/steadfast love be with (on, resting upon) us, Lord, even as (in proportion to/according to) how we put our hope in you.”

1) because I trust in & rely on his name - my heart rejoices
2) In proportion to how much I put my Hope in him, ISEE (witness) & EXPERIENCE his love

Those who go “all in“ experience, the most peace, joy and blessing

These are the comforts and benefits available to us, according to his promises and according to his grace (not our merit)

Ephesians 3:20-21 (NIV)
20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,
21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.

Ephesians 3:20-21 - “ to him who is able to DO …according to his power that is at work within us…” (corporate) - “ to him the glory in the church”

I rely on God, and I trust in his holy name. I do not lean on my own understanding, but i lean upon his wisdom, I do not rely upon myself, or my strength - therefore, because of this, my heart is made glad. My heart rejoices and is happy!

I put the full measure of my hope in God. I do not hope in myself or other men or my circumstances.  God will see to it that I am provided for. God will change my season when he sees fit. God will answer my prayers in due time. God will provide the finances I need according to his riches in glory. God - not my breakthru - is what I look forward to, and put all my hope in. My hope is in the Lord - therefore, according to this, I pray to see and experience your love resting upon us, and working itself out in my daily circumstances. I look forward with excitement to see your steadfast, faithful hand of love Sovereignly orchestrating my circumstances and daily events.  I live in the EXPERIENCE & EXPECTATION of your providential love today!
