Judges opens with a devastating report of a new, undiscipled generation that abandoned Yahweh and worshiped idols. We are seeing similar results in the U.S. after so many parents have been shopping out their responsibility to youth ministries, which, on the whole, are failing miserably. But we commit, like Asaph in Psalm 78, not to hide God’s glorious deeds from our children.
